Peach & Strawberry Salsa
Ingredients
- 7 cherry bomb peppers
- 4 - 6 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 lbs peaches, diced
- 2 lbs strawberries, diced
- 2 limes, juiced
- 1 Tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 red onion, diced
- 1/2 bunch cilantro
Instructions
- Roast peppers at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Blend roasted peppers with garlic cloves into a paste with 1/4 cup water, set aside.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
- When adding the pepper paste, start with 1 tsp of paste mixed into the salsa, and increase to your liking.
- The longer the salsa sits, the more the flavors incorporate, so give it time.
