Peach & Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

  • 7 cherry bomb peppers
  • 4 - 6 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 lbs peaches, diced
  • 2 lbs strawberries, diced
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 Tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro

Instructions

  1. Roast peppers at 400 degrees for 15 minutes, rotating halfway through.
  2. Blend roasted peppers with garlic cloves into a paste with 1/4 cup water, set aside.
  3. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix until evenly combined.
  4. When adding the pepper paste, start with 1 tsp of paste mixed into the salsa, and increase to your liking.
  5. The longer the salsa sits, the more the flavors incorporate, so give it time.
